Private pilot · design partners
Pressure-test Orveroon real work.
We’re working with a small number of healthcare regulatory practices before broader release. A pilot runs on your own client book and your own matters for 90 days, with the founder alongside, and gives you a direct say in what is built next.
What a pilot covers
- Your client book in Orvero Signals: organization names and basic business information
- Current or recently closed organizational-change matters through review, obligations, deadlines, execution, filing preparation and response records
- Editable Word exports, unbranded or prepared for your firm
How it runs
- A walkthrough first, on the fictional demo
- Kickoff: the first matter, invite codes, client book import
- The first matter together with the founder; later matters by your team, reviewed together
- A close-out review at 90 days
Pilot boundary
- No protected health information and no patient records
- Organizational and regulatory matter information only
- Selected federal Medicare organizational-change rules for SNFs, HHAs, hospices and hospitals
- Invite-only, single-instance hosting; see Security
What we askReal use on real work, and candid notes on what was useful, what was noise and what was missing.
What you keepYour exports. You can delete a matter at any time, and matter data is not added to shared training or evaluation corpora.
What it is notNot legal advice and not a filing service. Orvero does not submit anything to a regulator; counsel confirms every basis.
