Private pilot stage · last updated October 1, 2026

Orvero is in a private pilot. This page says what this website, the fictional demo and the pilot request form collect, and what they do not.

Website and demo usage

  • First-party usage events only: which pages and product features were opened (for example, the demo started, Trace used, a filing package opened), with the page type, a screen-size class (phone, tablet, desktop), whether the page was loaded or reloaded, a referrer category (such as search, social or direct) and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
  • These are tied to a random identifier in a first-party cookie (aos_anon, 30 days). No name, no IP address stored as analytics, no device fingerprinting, no session replay, no text from the page.
  • No third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts are used.
  • Event detail is deleted after 90 days. Daily totals may be kept longer.

The fictional demo

  • The demo opens a temporary workspace holding only fictional organizations and matters, with public official sources. A session cookie (aos_pilot, 8 hours) connects your browser to it.
  • Demo workspaces are deleted after 24 hours. Do not enter real client information or patient information in the demo.

Pilot requests

  • The request form collects your name, work email, firm, role, healthcare regulatory focus and an optional message, plus the campaign tags and referrer category above.
  • It is kept in a private contact record used by the founder to reply and to run the pilot program. It is not shared with or sold to anyone.
  • To see, correct or delete it, contact the founder, by replying to any pilot email or through the request form.

Private pilot data

  • Pilot workspaces are invite-only and separated by firm. They accept organizational and transaction documents only. Protected health information is not accepted.
  • Pilot usage is measured by feature (for example, matters started, filing packages opened, exports created) with account and matter identifiers, never with document text, client or matter names, answers or conclusions.
  • When document reading is enabled for a pilot, the text of the documents a pilot user chooses to read is sent to the configured AI model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) for extraction, under that provider's API data terms. The pilot security and data boundary given to each pilot firm describes this in full.

What Orvero does not do

  • No advertising. No sale or rental of personal information. No use of pilot documents to market to anyone.

Hosting

The hosting provider that serves this site may keep its own request logs (such as IP addresses and times) outside Orvero. Those logs are not used for analytics.
